This is a yummy, creamy cheese sauce that sets up in the refridgerater and melts easily in a sauce pan, crockpot or microwave to pour over veggies, noodles for mac and cheese or to make dips with. You can spread it on your favorite crackers or cut it into chunks to serve up with meats and others accompaniments like fruits and nuts. It is made with goat milk, citric acid to seperate curds, anatto (a natural cheese coloring agent), small amount of real butter and tiny bit of baking soda. This will last months in the freezer and about 2 weeks in the fridge. It tastes similar to a cheese that we are all familier with that is sold in a block form at the store but without all of the unhealthy ingredients and this is made with goat milk and not cows milk. It makes some of the best mac and cheese ever and you can always add a little of your favorite other cheeses to change the flavor profile but still have a very creamy cheese. Make a nacho cheese dip by adding your favorite salsa or homemade salsa to it! So many uses. :) It is sold in a 5oz container frozen and ready for you to thaw and use when you need it.
